Cumming Consulting Inc. has been established to assist stakeholders of the Workers Compensation Board (WCB). There is a need for employers and workers to deal with the bureaucratic red tape and need to manage the new era of claims and injuries. Other complicating factors such as health care system, education, training and language barriers, resulting in increased issues for workers.
